I've found filling past 3.5 ounces will leak. Keep it at 3.5 or less and you'll be fine. Otherwise, just use 8 oz bottles.
They leak horribly if they tip over, sometimes overflow in the bottle warmers, and I've noticed babies that use them have more feeding ...
