The disagreement is real and worth surfacing.

The disagreement is real and worth surfacing. r/MakeupEducation commenters and some r/Sephora threads describe it as drying on dry skin and reserve it for full-glam days only. The other recurring note across reviewers is that a tiny amount goes a long way — overuse is the failure mode that breaks the airbrushed finish.
For oily and combination skin looking for a longwearing matte finish, the consensus is strong. For dry or mature skin, the same reviewers consistently recommend a creamier formula instead.

- Lightweight formula melts into skin for an airbrushed finish that looks natural while delivering full coverage.
- Liquid Concealer for Dark Circles and Blemishes

- Soft-Focus Technology for Smoother Skin
- I nfused with microspherical powders that blur pores, fine lines, and wrinkles for a soft-focus, camera-ready look.
- 16-Hour Long-Wearing, Waterproof Formula
- Stay-all-day wear without creasing or fading—resists sweat, humidity, and water for confidence in any condition.
- Ideal for All Skin Types and Tones
- Vegan, cruelty-free, and safe for sensitive skin. Available in a wide shade range for seamless blending and true skin match.
It's by far my favorite concealer. I find it doesn't really need setting powder as it dries more matte. Be warned that a really tiny amount goes a long way.
It's a thin, weightless consistency which for me is super important. Blends really nicely, which I think may be why it gets the hype it does.
