The consensus
What reviewers found
Synthesized across the trust-weighted source mix below.
Across the reviewers we read, the Logitech G515 TKL is the standout low-profile board for the money. Verified-tier Tom's Hardware, whose technical findings we weight near high-tier, described it as slim and lightweight with low-profile switches, excellent battery life, and a solid sound-dampened chassis at a much friendlier price than the G915 it echoes. Mainstream coverage (gamingtrend, tweaktown) called it a premium-feeling low-profile gaming option that's smooth to type and game on.
What reviewers liked
- Verified-tier Tom's Hardware praised the slim chassis, low-profile switches and excellent battery life
- Community reviewers repeatedly call it great for both typing and gaming and ideal for travel
- Premium low-profile feel at a lower price than Logitech's flagship G915
Where it falls short
- Reviewers lament the missing volume rocker/media controls
- Amazon sample is small (122 reviews), limiting rating-volume confidence
- Low-profile keypress won't satisfy buyers who want deep travel

Community sentiment is notably warm. On r/LogitechG, reviewers called the wireless variant the best keyboard they've ever used and great for both gaming and typing; an r/mkindia reviewer praised it as a slim travel keyboard with good build; and an r/keyboards owner liked that the low profile removes the need for a wrist rest. The recurring complaint, surfaced even in a thread titled 'huge disappointment,' is the loss of the volume rocker found on pricier Logitech boards.
Note the model variants: signals reference both the wired TKL and the Lightspeed wireless TKL, and praise centers on the low-profile feel and battery. The Amazon sample is small (122 reviews), so the verdict leans more on verified and community sources than on rating volume.
