The consensus caveats are loud and consistent. Multiple community and manufacturer-page comments call it 'painfully loud,' and r/espresso threads are emphatic that it cannot grind fine enough for espresso—shots run too fast through the puck because the range doesn't go fine enough. The honest synthesis: it's a reliable, affordable upgrade from a blade grinder for drip, French press, and cold brew, but anyone with espresso ambitions should skip it.
- Enjoy Optimum Flavor
- The Cuisinart Coffee Grinder with 18-position slide-dial grind selector provides a uniform grind from ultra-fine to extra-coarse to ensure your fresh coffee beans are ground exactly the way you prefer.
- Removable Features
- The 8 oz. bean hopper and bean chamber of the flat burr coffee grinder are fully removable for ease of use and accessibility during the cleaning process.
- Grind Chamber
- The burr grinder features a removable grind chamber that holds enough ground coffee to make 4 to 18 cups* to ensure you won’t have to worry about grinding beans multiple times. *Cup equals approx. 5 oz. (varies by brewing technique)
- One-Touch Grind
- The one-touch power bar is separate from the coffee bean grinder unit and complemented by an internal electric timer that automatically shuts off the unit when your grind cycle is complete.
- Convenient Design
- The heavy-duty Cuisinart Coffee Grinder motor doesn’t take away space for additional design features. Enjoy the convenience of cord storage and an additional scoop/cleaning brush to declutter, clean, and maximize counter space.

Anyone ever use this grinder? Reviews are mixed online. I found it at HomeGoods for cheap. I am getting tired of hand grinding sometimes.
