We absolutely love it! We've had ours for a few months and we use it multiple times a day. It cooks food perfectly and is pretty easy to clean.
It's great except the thermostat is often way off, it gets very hot to the touch, it cooks unevenly, no other trays fit in it, and the controls get flaky.
