No — most attachments under $80, including the LUXE NEO 185 and Brondell FreshSpa, run entirely off your home's water pressure and use ambient (cold) tap water. If you want a heated seat, warm-water wash, or warm-air dryer, you'll need a full electronic bidet seat like the TOTO WASHLET C5 or Bio Bidet BB2000, both of which require a nearby GFCI outlet.
