Do I need dual-bevel, or is single-bevel enough?

For occasional homeowner use, single-bevel is fine — you just flip the workpiece. For trim carpentry with a lot of crown or base, the consensus across woodworking subreddits is that dual-bevel saves real time because you don't reposition long stock to mirror a cut.
