Does USB-C Power Delivery matter on a jump starter?

If you want the device to double as a laptop or phone power bank, USB-C PD (found on the NOCO Boost X line) lets it charge faster and recharge itself more quickly. For pure jump-starting it's a convenience feature, not a necessity.
