Should I buy a lighted LED vanity mirror or a dedicated shower mirror?

They serve different purposes. LED vanity mirrors with anti-fog coatings mount on a wall outside the spray zone and are not designed to live inside a shower stall. If you specifically want to shave under running water, a dedicated suction-mount shower mirror is the right category.
