What does OEKO-TEX Standard 100 mean on a baby towel?

OEKO-TEX Standard 100 is an independent textile certification that the fabric has been tested for harmful substances. Several products in this category — including Momcozy, KeaBabies and the Blissful Diary muslin set — list this certification. It's a meaningful baseline for skin-contact items but does not by itself certify organic content; for organic claims, look for GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) instead.
