What is the difference between a standard Pop and a Pop Deluxe or Pop Plus?

Standard Pops are about 3.75 inches tall. Pop Plus and Pop Deluxe figures are larger (roughly 4.5 to 6 inches) and often include a base, vehicle, or buddy character. Premium and Jumbo lines go bigger still, into the 10-inch range, at higher price points.
