What's the difference between a sliding shutter and a plain sticker cover?

A sliding shutter lets you open and close the camera without removing anything, which is convenient if you join video calls regularly. Plain stickers are cheaper and thinner but must be peeled off (or flipped up) to use the camera. Multipacks of plain stickers suit people who rarely use the camera; sliders suit frequent video callers.
