What's the difference between OTG and standard ski goggles?

OTG (Over-The-Glasses) goggles have channels in the foam to fit prescription eyewear arms. If you wear glasses on the slopes, OTG is essentially mandatory. Non-OTG goggles can technically fit over thin frames but tend to press the temples into your face, and reviewers consistently report headaches and fogging when forcing the issue.
