What's the difference between RGBCW/color and warm-white E12 bulbs?

Color (RGB / White and Color Ambiance) bulbs can shift across millions of colors and white temperatures, which suits ambiance and seasonal lighting. Fixed soft-warm-white bulbs only dim within a warm tone and cost less. For a chandelier you'll mostly use, warm white is cheaper; color bulbs add flexibility you may rarely change.
