What's the difference between the AeroPress Original and the AeroPress Go?

The Go is shorter, packs into its own mug, and is designed to nest into a backpack or carry-on. The Original is slightly larger and, according to specialist subreddits, marginally easier to brew with because of the longer chamber. Capacity is similar (around 8–10 oz of finished coffee per press).
