What's the difference between the GAN 356 M and the GAN V100 Maglev?

Both are magnetic GAN speedcubes. The 356 M is the established mainstream pick with a very large review base, while the V100 Maglev is a lighter, pricier model with maglev positioning and far fewer reviews so far, making its long-term consensus less established.
