Which baby swings have had safety issues?

Two products in our candidate set have documented concerns: consumerreports.org reported that the Graco Slim Spaces Compact Baby Swing has had hundreds of complaints about suddenly accelerating, and r/beyondthebump threads echo this firsthand. The Jool Baby Nova swing had a recall covering units manufactured June 2022 through September 2023, as noted in r/newborns.
