Will a magnetic mount work with any phone?

Magnetic mounts attach reliably to iPhones with built-in MagSafe or to any phone fitted with a MagSafe-compatible case or a stick-on metal ring. Android phones without a magnetic case will need that adapter plate. If you'd rather avoid accessories entirely, a clamp-style vent or dashboard mount grips the phone physically and works universally.
