The disagreement worth flagging: r/golf owners note more rolling resistance than some rivals and the lack of a handbrake (it uses a foot brake), and a 6-foot-tall reviewer found the umbrella holder mounted too low to clear without crouching. More seriously, a retailer-side write-up at sunrisegolfcarts.com criticizes wheel-bearing quality and after-sales support, a minority complaint, but an honest one. Weighed against thousands of positive verified reviews and steady community praise, the V8 still lands as the best-rounded all-purpose pick here, available in both 3- and 4-wheel versions.
- Patented one-click mechanism folds the cart to compact size (17” x 14”x 26.4”) in one step
- 4 Wheels
- Strong aluminum frame, weighs less than 17 lbs
- Large 11.5” x 2.6” Rear and 10.5” x 2.4” Front EVA maintenance-free wheels provide perfect balance and traction for all types of terrain
- The new Clamp type golf bag holder secured all size and type of golf bags easily and conveniently
- 27″ wide body design for effortless pushing
- Patented miscellaneous basket with built-in cooler
It's a really good push cart. Only complaint is that the umbrella holder is placed pretty low so if you're 6 feet or taller you need to slightly crouch.
Biggest downside is that I feel like it has a bit more rolling resistance than some other carts and the lack of a handbrake / front brake.
