r/fitbit community sentiment is consistently warm on sleep and step tracking, with one multi-year owner reporting accurate sleep and steps and 6-7 day battery life even after three years. The recurring caveat is step-count accuracy: one reviewer acknowledges online reports that the Inspire 3 lags in step counting, though they found it good enough for their needs. Another notes minor cosmetic dings around the border but says it doesn't feel cheap despite the lower price.
With a 4.2 Amazon average across nearly 25,000 reviews, the Inspire 3 reads as a dependable, comfortable everyday band, especially for sleep and general activity. The trade-off the reviewers we read keep returning to is the subscription gating for the more interesting insights.

Fitbit's value-priced fitness tracker sports a color display, but also asks you to subscribe to Fitbit Premium…
There are a bunch of reviews online that say the Fitbit inspire 3 legs behind in step count accuracy but for my purposes it's perfectly good.
The inspire 3 is a pretty good device by Fitbit. You do get heart rate, tracking for sleep, and more fitness features.
